Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still within its original factory-sealed transparent packaging.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the warehouse return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in a discreet outer box to protect the product during transit and include your RMA slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our facility receives and inspects the seal integrity of the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
